Job Description
Schochet is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will facilitate the apartment leasing process, supervise the Compliance department, and promote positive resident relations. A background with Section 8 housing and experience with Yardi is preferred.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Property Management experience
- Background with Section 8 housing
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Certified Occupancy Specialist or equivalent required
- IREM certifications preferred
