Job Description
Schochet is looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist as a member of the company’s Compliance Department. Responsibilities include providing regulatory compliance support to the company’s property management staff and overseeing HUD’s Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) program.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience with HUD’s Project-Based Section 8 and EIV programs and the IRS Section LIHTC program
- Professional certification COS and experience with YARDI compliance software preferred
- Ability to work independently, possessing a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy, organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, flexibility to work on special projects and a team player a must
