Job Description
Schochet is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician with 3+ years of residential property maintenance experience. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary.
Requirements
- Schedules and assists with daily operations
- Coordinates service contracts and oversees vendor and contractor activities
- Communicates effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors
- Inspect vacated apartments and complete'make-ready' checklist
- Required to be available and often on-site in the event of a weather or property emergency
- Conducts property inspections and/or participates on an inspection team
- Completes preventative maintenance activities
- Leads maintenance technician positions and fills in for the maintenance supervisor or facilities manager if unavailable
