Lead Maintenance Technician

Fairfield Property Management is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician with outstanding leadership skills to join our team! In this role, you will not only be responsible for repairing and maintaining various aspects of our community, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and painting, but you will also lead and inspire the maintenance team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably on a residential property
• EPA Certification required
• Ability to work in a professional, courteous, cooperative, tactful, and patient manner with residents, FPM employees, vendors, suppliers, and members of the public.
• Self-motivated to work independently with little guidance.
• Ability to work on-call and respond promptly and appropriately to all calls required
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation, a current and valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance required
