Job Description
Schochet is seeking an Experienced Property Manager for the Weldon House in Greenfield, MA. The ideal candidate will have previous property management experience and knowledge of HUD programs, including Project-Based Section 8. Requirements
- Previous Property Management experience
- Knowledge of HUD programs, including Project-Based Section 8, COS or CPO
- ARM designation preferred
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
