Facilities Technician I

The Facilities Technician is responsible for responding to maintenance and repair service requests, performing preventive maintenance tasks, preparing apartments for turnovers, and ensuring the safety and functionality of the property’s buildings and equipment.

Requirements

• High school/GED or trade school diploma
• 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Type I certification
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of key management and security systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
