Maintenance Technician

Scion is hiring a Maintenance Technician to respond to maintenance and repair service requests, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and ensure safety and functionality of the property’s buildings and equipment. The Facilities Technician ensures optimal service is provided to our customers.

Requirements

• High school/GED
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
