Job Description
Scion is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair services, keep the property clean and safe, and ensure optimal service to customers. The role requires a solution-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and consistently delivers high-quality work. This position involves preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, inventory management, and resident relations.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of full-time general maintenance experience, or equivalent.
- EPA 608 Type I certification.
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within 6 months.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to stand 8 hours or longer per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
