Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to provide maintenance and repair services for an assigned property, responding to service requests and performing preventive maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- High School/GED or Trade School diploma with minimum of 3-5 years of full-time general maintenance experience
- OSHA Training preferred
- HVAC certification required
- EPA 608 certification Core & Type I & II required
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings and warranties
