As the Salesforce Engineering Manager, you will lead the development execution across our dual-org environment, supporting mission-critical operations for our Consumer Services and our National and Field Sales teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2 years in a dedicated people management or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integrations; ability to read and critique complex technical designs.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume development cycles and meeting delivery milestones.
- Experience working closely with Product Managers and Architects in a structured agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
