Scotts Miracle-Gro is looking for a Staff Auditor to join their Internal Audit team in Marysville, Ohio. The role involves executing operational and compliance audits, developing a strong understanding of key business processes, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline
• Up to two years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or other related field
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
