Job Description
As an email specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about email. You will support with setting up and solving problems in our Webmail environment and external mail clients on various devices.
Requirements
- Experience with customer contact via email and chat
- Knowledge of various email clients
- Minimum 32 hours a week available
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills
- Open to an AI-first way of working
