As our new Medior Operations Engineer, you will help keep the Soverin platform stable, secure and running smoothly. Your focus will be on day-to-day operational support, monitoring systems, resolving incidents and working closely with our support team to ensure our customers remain happy and our SLA commitments are consistently met.
Requirements
- Handling 2nd and 3rd line support tickets related to our email infrastructure
- Monitoring support queues, alerts and incidents to ensure SLA compliance
- Investigating and resolving operational issues and service disruptions
- Proactively monitoring platform health, performance and email flows
- Handling abuse notifications, blacklist reports and compromised accounts
- Supporting platform maintenance and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Managing internal office automation, hardware and team tooling
- Maintaining documentation and supporting ISO processes and audits
- Contributing to operational improvements and technical projects
