Job Description
The Business Development Executive is responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with architects, general contractors, and developers to drive sales and close commercial project opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment with exposure to commercial sectors, building materials industry, and/or selling products for new development and multi-family homes
- Knowledgeable in commercial space plans and drawings
- Strong research, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Self-driven to develop own book of business through cold calling & networking
- Proficiency in CRM and prospecting tools, preferably with experience BCI & Zoom Info USA
- Valid Driver's License and dependable transportation for client visits and on-site meetings
