Job Description
Help young Australians to improve their long-term educational outcomes as a People Services Analyst at The Smith Family, a national children’s education charity. Reporting to the Workforce Coordination & People Systems Manager, you will provide valuable data insights through the collection and analysis of key metrics, and drive strategic decision-making. Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR related study and/or commensurate workplace experience in a similar role
- Experience with data manipulation tools such as Excel
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and their data structures, including data extraction and manipulation
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices, and relevant legislation
