We are looking for a General Manager who can help take our flagship, Oche Torggata, to the next level and further develop the restaurant as the leading meeting place for social gaming, events, food, and drink in Oslo. The role includes responsibility for further development of sales, profitability, and commercial growth, creating a culture characterized by energy, ownership, and high performance, and optimizing operations, staffing, costs, and quality.

Requirements

• Senior Manager/Supervisor experience
• Solid experience from high-volume hospitality
• Strong economic understanding and good control of P&L
• Commercially strong and motivated by growth and development
• Clear leader who builds culture and strong teams
