Job Description
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for running your own section, cooking and plating dishes, and supporting the team during service.
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef
- Confidence running your own section during busy services
- Love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace
- Basic digital literacy for kitchen tools
- Calm, organized way of working and solid time management
- Positive, supportive attitude and ability to work as part of a close kitchen team
- English language proficiency, additional languages a plus
