Job Description
As a Chef de Partie, you'll run your own kitchen section, cook and plate dishes, and support the team to keep service smooth and steady. You'll have the opportunity to work for a dynamic, multi-national company that's a game-changing innovator and a Certified B Corp® company.
Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef
- Confidence in running your own section during busy services
- Love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace
- Basic digital literacy for kitchen tools like recipe platforms or HACCP logs
- Calm, organized way of working and solid time management
- Positive, supportive attitude and enjoy being part of a close kitchen team
- Language skills: English and Italian, any other languages a plus
