Job Description
TSH is seeking a Community Supervisor for its Glasgow location, operating a 500-room hotel with retail spaces, restaurant, and co-working community. The role involves supervising all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and representing TSH as a seamless and enjoyable experience. The position is internally focused and aims to build a strong community connection between the hotel, guests, and staff.
Requirements
- Supervise and work with front of house staff.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a proactive overview of hotel operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (or other languages).
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and team leadership abilities.
