Job Description
The Front Office Supervisor will guide the front desk team, welcome guests, and manage daily operations. They will also coordinate with other teams, manage bookings, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or a similar hospitality role
- Knowledge of hospitality and ability to take it to the next level
- Fluency in English and Dutch; more languages are a big plus
- Comfortable with modern hotel systems and curious to learn new tools
