The Staff Pad has partnered with a Commercial Company to add a Construction Superintendent to join their growing team. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily on-site operations, lead field teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety regulations, and quality control procedures
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to foster a collaborative and solutions-oriented environment on the job site
