We are seeking a Commis Chef to join our team at Norma, a contemporary and vibrant restaurant in West London. The successful candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Requirements
- Assisting the kitchen brigade in the preparation and cooking of produce.
- Maintaining stock rotation when taking in deliveries and using produce.
- Complying with food labelling and temperature controls.
- Having full knowledge of the menu and to be able to give descriptions of all dishes.
