We're looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at The Stella Hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service for all guests, develop and maintain quality standards for food and beverage outlets, and maintain profitability of the outlet.
Requirements
- Interview, select, train, supervise, counsel and discipline restaurant staff
- Organize and conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings
- Schedule and direct staff in their work assignments
- Interact positively with customers
- Resolve problems to the satisfaction of involved parties
- Maintain profitability of outlet
- Control payroll and equipment costs
- Ensure par stock levels are maintained
- Be an enthusiastic, helpful and positive member of the team
- Be professional, responsible and mature in conduct and behavior
- Maintain open line of communications with each department
