Sullivan University is seeking a Support Services Technician to provide support to their campuses and business locations. The role involves configuring and managing classroom computer configurations, network printing, and coordinating support efforts with the centralized help desk.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Two years related experience
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Proficient knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
- Call Center or previous helpdesk experience preferred
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well and communicate with users at all levels and build productive and collaborative working relationships
- Ability to maintain concentration and attention to detail while working for extended periods of time
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to hear and speak well enough to communicate with students, faculty, and staff face to face and via the telephone
- Must be able to maneuver about campus and business unit facilities
