Executive Assistant

This position provides executive support to the Lead Executive Pastor and the Lead Pastor of Strategic Initiatives, requiring administrative gifting, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented abilities. The executive assistant multiplies the executive pastors' effectiveness by managing priorities, protecting time, anticipating needs, and ensuring clarity, trust, and excellence in execution.

Requirements

• Administrative gifting, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Proven track record of using discretion in handling personal and/or confidential information
• Ability to maintain and demonstrate a servant's heart and spiritual maturity
• Ability to multi-task numerous projects with clarity, flexibility, and focus while meeting deadlines
• Experience with planning and executing a variety of meetings (size/kind/duration)
• Comfortable interacting with high-level executives
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and solutions-oriented
• Above average proficiency with Google Workspace, Apple products, & Microsoft Office
