The Tie is seeking an Account Manager for Institutional Crypto to deliver a high-touch white-glove experience supporting clients and driving upsells and net revenue retention.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or relevant account management experience
• Experience or passion for cryptocurrency markets
• Experience interacting with institutional investors
• Excellent presentation, relationship building and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SQL and Python experience
• CRM and client prospecting experience
