Job Description
The Trade Desk is looking for a Senior Account Manager to strengthen and grow key client relationships in the Melbourne Independent Agency team. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, troubleshooting platform challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital advertising & client-facing roles
- Robust technical background, ideally gained within a DSP, SSP, online publisher, agency, MarTech provider or other online advertising role
- Strong interpersonal skills â you can manage challenging conversations with clients, feel comfortable giving feedback, and deliver outstanding customer service
