The Tri-M Group, LLC is seeking a Foreperson, Building Automation Systems to plan, direct, and supervise field installation activities of commercial and industrial electrical, electronic systems activities and operations of assigned projects in a safe and productive manner.
Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
- High school education or equivalency; post high school education desirable but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical construction or building automation systems at Journeyperson level
- Completion of a state-approved apprenticeship program and the ability to obtain and Maryland and Delaware Electrical Journeyperson License
- Ability to read, understand and effectively apply all construction drawings, specifications and electrical schematics
- Maintains consistent Journeyperson job description requirements
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage people in a professional, constructive manner
- Ability to organize and administer multiple job functions with good attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic level computer literacy including word processing, working with spreadsheets, processing emails and data entry
- Thorough knowledge of electrical and building automation trades and applicable building and electrical codes
- Knowledge of and ability to deal with other construction trades
- Must be confident, decisive, self-motivated
