Job Description
The Lineperson Superintendent will plan, direct, and supervise high voltage activities and operations of assigned high voltage projects in a safe and productive manner. The role will manage jobsite labor and scheduling, project administrative tasks, and personnel to maximize career development for employees.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
- High school education or equivalency; post high school education desirable but not required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in high voltage at Foreperson level
- Ability to read, understand and effectively apply construction drawings, specifications and electrical schematics
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage people in a professional, constructive manner
- Basic level computer literacy including word processing, working with spreadsheets, processing emails and data entry
- Thorough knowledge of electrical trade and applicable building and electrical codes
- Knowledge of and ability to deal with other construction trades
- Must be confident, decisive, self-motivated
