Seasonal Guest Services Associate

The Seasonal Guest Services Associate will provide exceptional customer service to visitors, promote the mission of The Trustees, and assist with various tasks such as setting up the facility, selling tour tickets, and handling cash register and credit card machines. The position is limited-term and nonexempt, with a duration of April - December.

Requirements

• Professional and team-oriented
• Respectful of all visitors and able to provide exceptional customer service
• Detail oriented and able to carefully track revenue and visitation numbers
• Comfortable and proficient with point-of-sale systems
• Reliable and committed to the position, the site team, and the mission of The Trustees
• Able to multi-task and handle larger crowds
• Able to work outside for extended periods of time when outdoor admissions station is in operation
• Comfortable with variable outdoor weather conditions
• Ability to lift 30 pounds required
