Seasonal Front Desk and Guest Services Staff

The Trustees of Reservations seeks a seasonal front desk and guest services staff for the Inn at Castle Hill, a boutique bed & breakfast on a 2,100-acre property in Ipswich, Massachusetts. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and supporting dining room services. The position operates 8-24 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Positive customer interaction skills
• Ability to learn computer processes and systems with onboarding training
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Must be able to comfortably walk up and down stairs (no elevators in the building)
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required
• Access to a personal vehicle for transportation
