Job Description
The Tsui Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a large educational client within Los Angeles County. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in educational facility construction projects and will be responsible for resolving complex construction project issues, developing project schedules, and monitoring progress.
Requirements
- Minimum of 17 years of full-time paid professional project/construction management experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large programs with projects having construction values in excess of $50 million
- 5 years' experience in educational facility construction, public works or large commercial projects
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent)

- Salary Range: $198,000-$203,000
