Senior Project Manager II

The Tsui Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager II to manage educational facility construction projects in Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate will have 17 years of experience in project management, 5 years of experience in managing large programs, and experience in educational facility construction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 17 years of full-time paid professional project/construction management experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large programs with projects having construction values in excess of $50 million
• 5 years' experience in educational facility construction, public works, or large commercial projects
• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential
• Valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer
