Job Description
We're looking for an EOIR Associate Attorney to appear in immigration courts or accompany clients to USCIS interviews, with opportunities for growth and development in a premier law firm.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the State (e.g., California, Texas)
- Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews
- Ability to manage own schedule and communicate effectively with remote team/staff
- Reliable travel within the metro area/courthouse visits
- Excellent writing and advocacy skills
