Job Description
We're looking for an extremely promising EOIR Associate Attorney to gain valuable experience and further their career with an established firm in the Dallas Area.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the State (e.g., California, Texas)
- Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews
- Able to manage your own schedule and communicate effectively with remote team/staff
- Reliable travel within the metro area/courthouse visits
- Excellent writing and advocacy skills
