Job Description
We're looking for an extremely promising EOIR Associate Attorney to gain valuable experience and further their career with an established firm in the Dallas Area. As the EOIR Attorney, you will report to the Managing Attorney, manage your caseload, client interaction, and collaborate with our Immigration team of attorneys and legal assistants.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the State
- Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews
- Able to manage your own schedule and communicate effectively with remote team/staff
- Reliable travel within the metro area/courthouse visits
- Excellent writing and advocacy skills
