Job Title: Contract Appearance / Hearing Attorney – Immigration Law. Flexible, appointment-based, contract engagement. Opportunity for growth and valuable experience with an established firm.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the State (e.g., California, Texas).
- Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
- Able to manage your own schedule and communicate effectively with remote team/staff.
- Reliable travel within the metro area/courthouse visits.
- Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
