Job Description
We are looking for an extremely promising EOIR Associate Attorney to appear in immigration courts or accompany clients to USCIS interviews on behalf of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Associate Attorney to gain valuable experience and further their career with an established firm in the Dallas Area.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the State
- Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews
- Ability to manage own schedule and communicate effectively with remote team/staff
- Reliable travel within the metro area/courthouse visits
- Excellent writing and advocacy skills
