Immigration Legal Assistant - EOIR

The United Firm is looking for a Paralegal - Immigration Legal Assistant to join their growing legal team in Dallas. The ideal candidate has a legal knowledge of immigration-related laws and excellent case management skills.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of Immigration Law experience
• Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications
• Experience with Case Management Software
