Security Dispatcher

The Security Dispatcher is responsible for receiving emergency calls, monitoring security systems, and dispatching security personnel. Must have strong verbal communication and listening skills, familiarity with telephone systems and radio communication, and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Requirements

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls from the public, employees, and security personnel.
• Relay messages and dispatch personnel and equipment via radio communication.
• Monitor security systems, including video surveillance and access control systems.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, activities, and incidents.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to the public.
