Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Clinical Education Manager), School of Health Sciences

The University of Notre Dame Australia is seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Clinical Education Manager) to lead the operational management of clinical education within the School of Health Sciences, Sydney Campus. The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs, providing leadership to the Clinical Education team, and fostering partnerships with clinical providers and healthcare organizations.

Requirements

• Possession of or working towards a postgraduate qualification in a Health Sciences discipline
• Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA with no notations and/or restrictions
• Significant professional clinical experience
• Demonstrated experience and success in organising, managing, and evaluating professional placements across a range of clinical settings
• Proven experience in clinical supervision across entry-level, postgraduate, or professional education
• Highly developed understanding of clinical education systems and placement processes within relevant health jurisdictions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with academics, industry partners, and students
