Manager, Academic Programs and Student Support

We're looking for a dynamic leader to take charge of EECS' Academic and Student Administration team. In this pivotal role, you'll guide a dedicated team of six full-time professionals and play a key part in supporting our undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs.

Requirements

• Completion of a postgraduate qualification or progress towards postgraduate qualification
• Extensive experience in academic and/or student administration
• Experience in managing people and material resources
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• High level managerial and communication skills
• Ability to provide advice, negotiate and liaise
• Experience in preparation of reports, submissions, policy documents
• Commitment to continuous improvement and working autonomously
