The Senior Administration Officer, Scholarships will provide high-level administrative support to assist with the delivery of team activities and services. They will coordinate processes, documentation, and communications, maintain accurate records and systems, and support the effective delivery of services within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Relevant degree with subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience.
- Strong ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and guidelines, particularly when managing complex or sensitive matters.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks, take initiative, and contribute to improving processes and workflows.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior staff, students, parents, school representatives, and external stakeholders.
- Strong digital literacy, including experience using a range of software packages and enterprise systems, combined with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
