Human Resources Coordinator, The Harry Ransom Center

The Ransom Center is an internationally renowned humanities research library and museum at The University of Texas at Austin. It encourages discovery, inspires creativity, and advances understanding of the humanities for a broad audience through the preservation and sharing of its extraordinary collections. The Human Resources Coordinator will support daily functions and processes of human resources transactions for approximately 150 exempt and non-exempt employees, Graduate and Undergraduate Research Assistants, Federal Work Study students, hourly employees, fellows, and volunteers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources or a related field with coursework in business, accounting, human resource management, or professional writing
• Two years of experience in human resources
• Experience with Workday and other UT systems
• Demonstrated experience in confidential employee relations and records
• Advanced proficiency in M365 Suite
