Senior Recruiting Coordinator, Cockrell School of Engineering

The Senior Recruiting Coordinator serves as a high-level coordinator and subject-matter expert for employer engagement operations, recruiting systems, major career events, and ECAC office management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience in career services, employer recruiting, or human resources.
• Experience working with software for databases, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytic skills with resourcefulness, initiative, and ability to work independently on multiple projects with little supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines. Ability to maintain current computer skills.
• Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
