Job Description
Join our High Technology Nursing team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide one-on-one, in-home nursing care to adults and children with complex medical conditions. Enjoy flexible scheduling options, a supportive team environment, and comprehensive orientation and preceptorship program.
Requirements
- Current LPN license in the state of Vermont (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in home health, hospice, public health, or high-tech nursing preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional patient care
Benefits
- Shift Differentials: Evening, Night, and Weekend pay ranging from $2–$5.20/hour
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time external applicants
- $6,000 relocation bonus for those relocating 120+ miles from previous work location
