Job Description
We are seeking a full-time On Call Visit RN to work closely with the triage nurse team to support clients in the home setting from 5pm to 8am. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, evening and night differentials, and the flexibility to work 7 nights on/7 nights off.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher
- Minimum of four years of experience as Community Hospice Nurse or minimum of five years of experience in home health nursing
- Candidate must live within reasonable driving distance to our service area
