Job Description
As a Clinical Case Manager, you will provide clinical support to build brighter futures for youth and their families, implementing goals and objectives identified by primary therapists in accordance with individualized treatment plans and service plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field
- Valid Ohio Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong teamwork and organization/time management skills
