Job Description
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for overseeing all recruitment needs for TWDC Japan, as well as the planning and implementation of TA strategies. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a combination of good level of overall functional HR knowledge and employment regulations, deep TA knowledge for the market, strong business acumen, and skilled stakeholder management.
Requirements
- 10+ years of recruitment experience in in-house or agency, with a preference for leading a TA function team in Japan
- General HR functional knowledge and broad business and financial understanding
- Ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
- Strong consulting and client relationship skills
- Proven collaboration skills and ability to gain consensus through personal influence
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
