Job Description
Disney Live Entertainment creates, produces, and delivers remarkable and engaging entertainment experiences. The Technical Manager, Safety Compliance role supports daily, seasonal, and ad-hoc Entertainment offerings and ensures compliance with Disney Standards and Safety requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in related discipline
- 8 years of experience in an entertainment technical environment, minimum 5 years leadership experience
- Proficiency in computer skills (e.g. Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint, PDF, AutoCAD/ SketchUp etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership, partnering, and strategic planning skills
- Highly motivated requiring minimal direction and follow up
- Proven track record to support the creative process by collaborating with other designers, directors, writers, and producers
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, occasional travel to vendor’s site is needed
- Posses experience on licensing and statutory submission, and/or Design Assurance process would be a plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese
